ABOUT US:

We are a group of people who trust that Jesus is the Christ, the Son of God. We are an independent Church of Christ, ordered by a local eldership who follow the teachings of the Bible. We are not affiliated with any denomination.

OUR MISSION IS AS FOLLOWS:

 1.  To lead people to a saving relationship with Jesus Christ through clear Bible teachings.

2.  To help the saved find a place of service and growth in God’s kingdom.

3.  To help the needy.

4.  To exhibit a biblical standard of morality in our community.

During our worship, we have traditional music and singing, praying, and a celebration of the Lord’s Supper (communion) each Sunday, followed by a biblically based sermon. We try to strike a balance between strict formality and informality. Our only dress code is modesty. Worship usually lasts about 1 hour and 15 minutes. Visitors are not required to stand, speak, or do anything that may cause them to be uneasy.

We believe the Holy Spirit is simply the presence of God living in and working through the life of every baptized (immersed in water) believer. This presence works throughout the believer’s lifetime to help them become more like Jesus.

We take up an offering each Lord’s Day. Giving is strictly voluntary and confidential. All activities of the church, including a substantial missions program outside our local group, is funded by this offering. There is no solicitation of funds.
